Russian entertainment network TV-3 has struck a deal to air The X-Files limited series next month, outbidding other channels in the country. Revival's first episode will air on TV-3 on Jan. 26, the channel said.
The network's spokesperson told The Hollywood Reporter that TV-3 is hoping to reach a deal with stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson to bring them to Moscow for a premiere.
This is eighth-largest free-to-air network mostly focuses on mystery and sci-fi series and movies. In the summer of 2014, TV-3 aired all nine seasons of the original The X-Files series.
