Legendary actress Gillian Anderson stopped by The Talk Wednesday to discuss the upcoming reboot of beloved sci-fi show The X-Files, expressing how excited she is to once again play the role of Agent Dana Scully.
"Each episode is different and has a different flavor," Anderson said, later adding that the premiere episode is "amazing."
But, not everyone is dying to see her face-off with new aliens. The
actress admitted that her own kids refuse to watch after having a
particularly scarring experience.
Thinking that they'd love to see their mom in action, Anderson showed them her favorite—and the tamest—episode she could think of, "Bad Blood." Unfortunately, the kids thought the episode was utterly terrifying.
"They had nightmares for weeks," Anderson admitted.
