Gillian Anderson attended the BAFTA Television Awards at The Royal Festival Hall on May 14, 2017 in London, England. But in amongst the glamour, she caused a bit of worry as she turned up to the red carpet on crutches.
While
she still looked super stylish, and ditched them later to pose for
photos, people are wondering what happened that Gillian had to use them
in the first place.
Giving an interview with The New Zealand Herald the star revealed exactly what had happened.
"So, I fractured my foot jumping into a swimming pool that was too shallow in Costa Rica," she said. "It could have been a lot worse."
