Fox participated on the National Association of Broadcasters Show in Las Vegas on
Tuesday. During
the panel, Fox executives touted some of the network’s upcoming
pilots and special events, and
provided an update on the future of “The X-Files.”
Responding to a shout from an audience member, Dana Walden did her best to
reassure a fan that he hadn’t seen the last of FBI agents Mulder and
Scully.
“We want to do more ‘X-Files,’” she said. “This is just
about Chris (Carter) and David (Duchovny) and Gillian (Anderson)
clearing their schedules and having some time to get back together.
Genuinely, everybody wants to do it. We just have to find the right
opportunity.”
