Duchovny and Anderson on Set in Vancouver

Fox Mulder is on set. And he’s not looking too bad considering how we last saw him.

In the X-Files season 10 finale people across America fell ill provoking widespread panic as Dana Scully looked for a cure. Her alien DNA protected her but Mulder fell ill in a car on Washington D.C.’s Interstate played by Vancouver’s Georgia Viaduct.

And now here we are with a healthy-looking Mulder at UBC’s Cecil Green house (a spectacular venue to host a wedding or special event in Vancouver). Also, Coquitlam’s private Riverview Lands is mentioned as another shooting location.

Barbara Hershey was also there.

Gillian Anderson shot her first dramatic scenes for the new series. She looked bloody and bruised while shooting a pivotal car crash sequence on location in Vancouver. With co-star David Duchovny absent on the day, Gillian had equally good company in the form of director and show creator Chris Carter as they filmed for the first time in over a year.
