Mitch Pileggi is joining the series for its fifth season. He will appear in a recurring role as the ancient alien Rama Khan. The viewers will have a chance to see him for the first time this weekend on the episode called "Tremors".
Rama Khan is described as arrogant and willful, with the ability to control the four elements.
Supergirl airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on The CW.
