Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma stars Gillian Anderson and Hannah Einbinder joined fans for a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), answering questions about the film, horror movies, and their careers.

The discussion focused on the film's relationship with classic slasher cinema, the horror influences behind the project, and the unique approach taken by director Jane Schoenbrun. Both actresses reflected on the genre and the themes explored in the movie.

Fans also asked Anderson whether her years on The X-Files sparked any personal interest in paranormal phenomena or conspiracy theories. The conversation further touched on passionate fan communities and how those experiences relate to themes explored in the film.

The AMA also included lighter topics, such as favorite comfort films and television shows, while giving audiences an inside look at the making of one of the year's most talked-about horror releases.
