Hulu has released the official trailer for The X-Files: I Want to Believe – Vrach Frankenshteyn, a previously unseen director's cut of the 2008 film. The trailer highlights a darker tone, stronger horror elements, and additional footage not included in the theatrical release.

The new version reflects the original vision of franchise creator Chris Carter, who has long maintained that the film was initially conceived as a much more intense and frightening thriller. The trailer offers a fresh look at one of Mulder and Scully's darkest investigations and promises fans the chance to experience the film as it was originally intended.
